Good Luck Perseverance

Later today. the spacecraft Perseverance will attempt to land on Mars, continuing the search for possible signs of life, and taking another step towards an inevitable manned mission to Mars. It will also be carrying a drone called the Ingenuity, that will attempt the first powered flight on another planet. It's landing stage, dubbed the Skycrane - is an inspiring design straight out of sci-fi, and a constant reminder that you often can't cook up something as cool as real life.

Here's to wishing for a safe landing and a successful mission. #CountdownToMars
